Kate relocated to Pocatello from Prescott, AZ in 2006, and began studying Health Science at ISU in 2010. She graduated with honors from the ISU Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2013 at the top of her class. She immediately began more extensive training in manual therapy techniques to address structural barriers, and neuromuscular training techniques to address functional problems. Over time, she has honed her manual therapy skills to meet the needs of various age groups and people of various activity levels. Kate followed Blaire to her new clinic in 2016, and the two have been working as a close team and pair ever since. Kate enjoys teaching her patients about their bodies and optimal performance, so they better understand what is causing pain, as she believes that the more involved a person is in their rehabilitation, the better they will heal.

When not working, Kate enjoys developing recipes for healthy food that tastes good, exercising (particularly running), and spending time with her husband Scott and 3 kids Emmy, Maddie and Brady.
