“Working with Blaire was such a pleasure!  She was attentive and very knowledgeable.  I went through physical therapy with her for my back, shoulder, and knee and would go back to her again if I ever needed any other PT.  My body is much stronger now and I still apply some of the same exercises and techniques years later in my sport, all the way down in So California where I now compete in the AVP Pro Beach Tour.  So thank you so much Blaire for all the great care and love you poor into others and your work.”

“When it comes to competing at the elite level staying healthy is the key to success. At Streamline Sports Physical Therapy, both Blaire and Kate are extraordinary therapist. Each of which have extensive physical therapy backgrounds that produce results. I receive the best rehabilitation for numerous injuries that occur during training. After each treatment session, I am able to compete and train at the highest level trusting my body will perform. Without a doubt, the best therapist in Pocatello for physical therapy. Looking forward to working with each of them in the future.”

“Blaire is a true blessing to have in our community. Her knowledge of the body and how to optimize potential is second to none. While I was a professional baseball player for 9 years and competed at the highest level, I worked with her every offseason. She improved my speed, agility, strength and most importantly, kept me healthy during her innovative training programs. She is passionate about each person she works with. Whether it be a professional athlete, high school volleyball player or someone in the construction business with a sore back, she will thoroughly take care of you.”

“I started having back pain in June of 2016 and saw several back specialists who could not find anything wrong. I was referred to Blaire for physical therapy, and she has had the most tremendous impact on my recovery. While I was still unaware of what was causing my pain, she truly cared and worked hard to help locate the source, which was confirmed to be a stress fracture in my lower back. Blaire has worked countless hours with me, helping to manage my pain through manual therapy, while focusing on proper strengthening, so I could return to my sport more powerful than I was before my injury. Blaire is the only person I would recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapist. She is very passionate about her work and compassionate towards each and every person that walks through her door. She truly makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient. Her positive environment kept me looking forward to all of my appointments and motivated me to work hard towards a full recovery.”

“Blaire is an amazing physical therapist. She is truly a movement expert! I have witnessed many of her patients who have tried previous therapy only to have the impairment temporary fixed. Blaire has a way of understanding the body such that movement is restored, and patients leave healthier and stronger. She understands not only the current problem but what repetitive movements keep the problem coming back. If you truly want a physical therapist that is dedicated to returning you to your optimal health, she is the best around!”

“My redshirt sophomore year I tore my meniscus in my right knee and had to have surgery and Blaire did a wonderful job with putting me through rehab and getting back as soon as possible. The knowledge she has is beyond amazing. She is friendly also professional at the same time. Also, getting ready to go to the pro level. She would work with me and help me with my hips. I have worked with doctors, trainers, and physical therapist at the pro level and working with Blaire is the best choice you can make when it comes to physical therapy.”

“After my football career, I had many aches and pains and injuries as most football players do. Blaire brought my neck pain down to a manageable level and taught me how to continue to manage it myself. My low back pain has never been able to be diagnosed or successfully treated by anyone, and Blaire and her staff have continued to work to help me manage it as well, despite its stubborn nature. There’s no other talent or skill like the staff at SSPT anywhere.”

“My Name is Mario Jenkins. I am from Tampa, Florida. About 3 years ago, I tore my ACL during Fall Football camp of 2014.  It was an experience that I will never forget as it is still very vivid in my mind.  I remember a loud “pop”  l  kept telling myself that it’s not my ACL but I had a gut feeling that it was. Unfortunately, I received the news that I did not want to hear, and so my introduction and journey with Blair began. I began to start physical therapy with Blair to have my knee get stronger and the swelling to go down before I went to get an MRI.  A week had passed and I was able to find the results of my MRI.  Sure enough, a complete tear in my ACL and other surrounding ligaments was what I was facing for recovery.  I knew this process was going to be long and I had to start from the basics and rebuild myself again from scratch.

After the surgery to repair my torn ACL, I began rehab with Blair.  She told me from the get-go it wasn’t going to be easy and I knew it wasn’t.  I was, however, determined to put in the work to come out a better athlete.  Blair pushed me every day and worked on improving my hip, quad, and hamstring strength back to where they needed to be. I began running on the treadmill in 3 months.

I believe that I was able to do this so quickly because, with Blair’s encouragement and support, I was doing so many more workouts outside of physical therapy.  I that this would benefit me overall. Clamshells will be something I will always tell my ACL patients as a result of Blair pushing me with doing them. One thing many people lack is hip strength.  Blair was able to get me back on the field and able to become a better athlete, I was bigger, faster, and stronger on and off the field. I call her the Prodigy of Rehab because she is that great.  With Blair’s pushing and encouragement, I was able to be back on the field and as a result, I was able to accomplish 1st team all- American 1st team All-Conference, and Buch Buchanan Award Finalist. I was also invited to be a part of the Kansas City Chiefs rookie mini-camp. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t thank her for all she did for me and my rehabilitation. Before every game, she was always giving me a hug rooting for me.  Blair was truly an inspiration and played a pivotal role in my success and comeback. “

“I had a complete rupture of my right ACL and partial right meniscus tear in April of 2017. As a golf professional and an avid outdoorsman, my summer was lost.  There were no words to describe the emotional low that I had hit. What was I to do?  My way of life revolves around having a healthy body. Thankfully, I had one of the best doctors fix me back up, and by far the best Physical Therapist around to get me back to 100%!  We decided to do some pre-hab before they repaired my knee. I spent a month with Blaire getting my damaged knee as strong as I could before surgery at the end of May 2017.  After surgery, we hit rehab hard. With Blaire’s rehab program and the way she positively pushed me, I sped right along into recovery. The 9 month typical recovery time started to look like it would be more like a 5, maybe 6-month ordeal instead. I was able to start practicing and making painless swings by the end of August 2017. I played my first golf tournament by the end of October, and not to mention without a brace of any kind. That was my goal the whole time with Blaire. Get back to 100%, and not have to depend on a brace or wrap.  I look back a year later and still wonder how I stayed sane that whole summer.

I owe everything to the people that got me back to where I used to be, but especially Blaire. With her education and certifications as well as knowledge and understanding of the game that I teach, coach, and play for a living; she was able to help push me in specific ways and answer any questions I had. Her positivity and amazing staff made rehab actually enjoyable. I think that’s why people give up sometimes, is because rehab can be hard and daunting.  Even though I would be sitting there sweating, we would always be laughing and having a good time. I cannot thank Blaire enough for what she did for me.  When people ask how I got back so fast, I always credit Blaire.  Even though I don’t plan on seeing her in her office again anytime soon…I would go back in a heartbeat. I am beyond thankful for Blaire!!!”
